The Coffin Of The Dracula.

As it began to dawn the Dracula returned to his coffin as usual. With blood still dripping down his mouth, he wondered how his life would have been if he'd have the same warm blood as of it's prey. He thought of living an adventurous life strolling the streets during the day, sucking on different types of food flavors rather than blood, befriending humans instead of hypnotizing them and also long walks on the beach with warm sand beneath his feet. It was all just death-dealing. An unworthy abandonment of the luxuries that he now possessed. An unfulfilled thirst of dreams remained in his cold heart.

He stood before his coffin comforting       himself on his fate and that his coffin was   the most safe and sound place in the   entire world! He lied down in his coffin   wondering the maybes of his alternative   life. With immense powers and huge   empire, the Dracula was still dismal about the impossible lifestyle of the common man, forgetting his own supernatural powers and talents.

Aren't we all The Dracula in some way or the     other. Of course not the blood sucking creatures (although some of us might be) but in the philosophical way...? I am not here to blab about how you should get out of your comfort zone (coffin) and achieve the world, that motivation trap (crap) lasts only for two days and then we are back on our beds with our mobiles scrolling through Instagram all over and over again. The fiction lovers must have easily figured out by now - how the Drac overcomes his comfort zone and fight all the worldly obstacles in a heroic manner to achieve his dreams and live happily ever after... basically a cheap written version of any vampire rom-com.

My view on this is that we all are our own version of vampires. Even though we are built different we tend to dream and fall for something way toxic and unnecessary. Not saying that you should limit your dreams just because they seem far fetched but also to explore the wilderness of your within self! Now, if the Drac just moved his focus from wondering in the daylight to exploring the world in the night time which is actually his time to shine, the amount of experiences and discoveries he would have made be just incomparable. We often neglect our natural/developed talents and abilities to something that is different than us, it's obvious to want something we can't have easily, that's natural but it's an issue when we turn that into obsession and depress ourselves over the expected failures. For example- The King who wanted to touch the moon. As well as our Drac who wants to change into a human.
Now for a moment let's consider the coffin of the Drac. Is it a safe zone or just a trap...?  As far as I see it, it is a trap created by our Drac by his own actions. We often feel entrapped by the results of our own actions. Especially those actions which never produce results which eventually pile up guilt and make us hate ourselves. For example - A student trying to score well in  academics often promises himself/herself of studying from the very beginning of the year but fails to do so under the influence of peers, procrastination or lack of consistency. In the end he/she struggles at the last moment, blames the world and fails.
Although fate does play a vital role in our existence but we often turn that into an excuse to get away with our inabilities and terrible choices.
Well..., there is no particular answer to how to stop thinking beyond capabilities and one should not because that's where greatness lie but also never forget that Acceptance is the key! You better love yourself just the way you are. Explore yourself within infinite boundaries and keep trying and loosing because balance baby!!! Nope just kidding, because once you fail achieving something that's when you notice the world around you and not only the world in front of you. Maximizing you natural talents and beliefs while exploring all the possibilities that might be just for you would be living life to the fullest otherwise at the end of the day we all have our Dracula's coffin.

SOO, what do you think..?
